What I love

Good morning the name is Kevin Carter. I have my on business. IG : Deadroseschicago. Starting off with t-shirts because I’m poor and still lack knowledge lol but one day cut and sew. But I appreciate the podcast in the beginning. It was real. You were exposing the industry for what it was and still is. I felt like I was in a room with my big homies giving me the “10 Crack Commandments.” Very enlightening. The last couple of episodes were more “commercial.” All most like 20/20 with Barbara Walters. Looking forward to the new season. More “Block” Less “TV.”

Dear Recho

I want to start off by saying I’m a huge fan of your podcast. You’ve made fashion so much more relatable! I honestly roll up myself while listening to your informative but comical podcast. When I’m done listening to an episode, I feel so much more closer to the industry. Please continue to put out amazing interviews.

Everyone in a creative industry should pay attention to Recho Omondi

The reason i like Omondi’s podcast is that it emphasizes the creative process, not just behind her business but behind the business’ of others as well. As someone who is interested in the fashion industry, especially as it intersects w/ culture+ politics, this podcast is a reminder that under all beautiful clothes lies a lot of hard work. Great for creatives of all types.
