Toby Morse is the lead singer of the band H2O and the One Life One Chance podcast is named after one of their most impactful songs off of their 1999 album F.T.T.W. Inside the podcast you'll hear him interviewing friends and heroes who have had a major impact on his life. Real, authentic and non-scripted conversations where guests have said it was "very therapeutic". Morse also leads a non-profit organization of the same name where he speaks to students nationwide about living a drug free lifestyle with a positive mental attitude. Hardcore Punk Heritage

This is a playful oral history podcast, where Toby Morse traces his lifeline alongside his peers and family in the hardcore punk and skater scene of the last few decades. I enjoy these kinds of oral histories; they're earnest and organic, and provide context for the music/skate scene as we now know it. As the series develops, I look forward to eventual improvement with sound engineering (currently, I can't hear these interviews on a noisy subway or street commute), mixing (mic levels), and editing for concision (within a single episode, we hear multiple stories repeat; and sometimes the episode picks back up at what seems like it's the end, and other people come into the mix). Overall, a solid start to an important podcast series with strong punk heritage.

Listened to the first episode while cleaning around the house. First podcast I ever listen to and it went by real fast. It was interesting to hear about you growing up and all your experiences experiences as well as everything mom had to say. I felt inspired and was able to relate. Can’t wait to hear more!

“Better than Eminem”

Loool- your mom is hilarious!!!!!

Now you gotta have Eminem on your podcast just to defend himself!

Also I listened to the order in reverse on accident and I think I’m glad I did as it gave a lot more back story to the emotion in her episode
