Morgan: I totally enjoyed your podcast. It was informative and you reinforced all the poiints Kenzo made. Looking forward to more podcasts.

Excellent cast!

Any one who brave the learning of meditation is on the path to perfection. Very few really dwell on this field and even rarer for someone venturing through modern means of connecting through airstream and profess meditation. This is not an easy task and infact so fragile that it takes lifetime commitment. This podcast is noble attempt. It can never fail in itself having a serious promoter. Congratulations from a novice like me.

Kenzo’s real life takeaway’s from meditation

Big disclaimer upfront, I’m Morgan’s wife, and Kenzo is also one of my best friends... but I still think I was able to listen through my natural bias, and hear some real gems in this dialogue. First, I’m Indian, so I like the theme tune :) second, listening to Morgan and Kenzo talk about meditation, two fast friends, who go way back, is inviting, intimate, and interesting! As a longtime meditator myself, I was both impressed and grateful for the very practical, down to earth, tangible ‘benefits' that Kenzo was able to share about how meditation impacts his work and creativity. It seemed like he was able to articulate aspects of my own experience which I hadn’t previously identified. This dialogue removes some of the mystique that often shrouds meditation, and makes it so much more accessible, and makes the 'benefits' within reach of anyone who pursues meditation. I loved the part where Kenzo speaks about how he finds a fullness in himself after meditating in the morning, and so how he approaches the rest of the day, is on the heels of having found contentment in himself. And, I think the best takeaway is when Kenzo speaks about meditation as an important medium for his own creativity— by allowing a deeper coherence to emerge between seemingly unconnected ideas and insights. This is also true to my experience, but one that I don’t take advantage of enough, and so is an inspiration to pay more attention to that!
