If you love Oregon and care about her direction...

As a lover of Oregon and a native to the state, I greatly appreciate this podcast. Local politics matter, but these commentators take ordinarily dry subjects and make them interesting, personal, and compelling. The "That's So Oregon" segments are funny and true, highlighting the ways in which our state truly flies with her own wings. And the fact that politics east of the Cascades get more than just honorable mention is something I appreciate.

Yes, finally a well produced, frequently updated Oregon politics podcast! Added to my daily playlist!

DNC coverage

I enjoy this podcast but have a few criticisms. I am interested in Oregonian politics and wish you guys would cover our representives in more detail.

I thought the coverage of the DNC convention was abismal. The DNC email scandal is a very significant politically, and has implication that havent been fully fleshed out. In the entire series of podcasts on the convention, in which you found ample time to discuss the nuances of the pro-Hillary videos being played and the effect of Tim Kain speaking spainish, you only manage to dedicated roughly four minutes to discussion of the wiki release??!! You guys mention DWS stepping down for corruption, but make no mention that she was picked up within a few hours of her resignation by Hillarys campaign... Come on OPB, you're better then this!

I was hoping this podcast would give me a well-rounded discussion of the political climate from an Oregonian's perspective. Instead it seems like this podcast is just a reiteration of the talking points that you can hear from any of the mainstream media networks.
