Entertaining and informative

Being an opera lover since a few years already, I was surprised by the lack of good opera related podcast. Luckily I found this one! It’s definitely targeted to the younger crowd which makes it fresh and not stuffy. I like their lightheartedness and use of simple language. This kind of podcast is great for young people interested in this art form. Thumbs up!!!

🤦🏻‍♂️

Sassy but very dumb Kyle. Stop interrupting the smart ladies around you for idiotic comments. Trying to make something accessible doesn’t have to mean dumbing it down (and yes you should know who/what Verlaine, Rimbaud and Gamelan music is if you pretend to run a music/cultural podcast).
As Assimov said “my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge”. Perfect illustration.

I passed a final because of this podcast

I started listening to this just because I loved it so much, but the Bluebeard’s castle episode was so informative that I used it to y’all at length about Bela Bartok in my 20th century music final. Thanks guys!!!!
