Practical and Inspiring!

I was barely able to work and in despair of ever again being the productive person I once was. Thank goodness I found Zack Arnold's podcast! Optimize Yourself has been a life-saver for me. I love my interior design business but I can't stand the detrimental effects that sitting in front of a computer all day has had on my mental and physical health. Zack Arnold has been through it all himself and shares a raft of great tips and better habits you can adopt to regain productivity in your work and live a healthier well-balanced life too. The experts he interviews are truly experts in their fields, not just there to try to sell you something. The information you get here helps you understand WHY devoting the time to develop some new and better work habits is worth it—because it helps you prevent the creative persons worst enemy--the dreaded burn-out. I was able to immediately start putting one of the easiest ideas into my work day (a mid-day 15 min. walk) and noticed a clearer mind and refreshed motivation the first time I tried it. I am committed to adding at least one new habit every week and feel very hopeful that I will get myself out of the doldrums back to my former endless enthusiasm for my work again.
