Uninhibited and real

I love this podcast. It addresses a lot of topics around modern dating and relationships that people don’t normally feel like they can talk openly about. The host of the show asks the hard questions and isn’t afraid to hold back. Oh did I mention it’s hilarious too?

Lessons from an Affair 💯❗️

Lessons from an Affair is powerful and meaningful. I listened to it twice in a row, so very appreciative for the meaningfully vulnerable admissions. The most riveting aspect was Sarah’s articulation of masculine and feminine energy and the need for both, albeit balanced, in relationships and today’s society. Brilliant, innovative, raw.

I didn’t much like the most recent podcast on monogamy. I think whatever’s good for those in a relationship is good - as long as interests/proclivities/actions are NOT hidden, don’t hurt those in the relationship or others. That said, I didn’t like the undercurrent theme of people not open to open relationships being less enlightened or merely ‘jealous’ and afraid of being cheated on. My own thoughts are that monogamy is the road less travelled, sometimes incredibly hard, and probably the only way someone like me CAN be fully open. Even Roman confirmed he gets jealous when it comes to his wife - and HE is the one that cheated on HER. Still 5 stars for the whole series considering this podcast I immensely disliked has been so thought provoking and lingered in my mind, forcing me to decipher why I experienced such a strong reaction to the topic and the guest co-host.

Real Talk ! Are you ready ?

I love to listen to the stories on this podcast, real talk with real people that have been in situation that all of us can relate at some level.
Sarah touches on this great topics with a clear and a strong voice asking the real questions.
