Thoughtful podcast

Really enjoy the thought leadership of this podcast.

Interesting look into customer-centric organizations

As a marketer, I find it so helpful to hear the different ways that companies engage with their customers. This podcast feels like you’re invited to coffee with a high-level customer professional and just get their customer philosophy and what they’re doing. Charles is a really friendly, smart, and entertaining host. He keeps the show moving without interrupting the guests and injects salient points without being overly verbose or garrulous. I’m looking forward to the next episode.

Great listen for any CX professional

If you have an interest in customer experience themes, I would highly recommend Outside In. Some of the episodes I loved the most (New York Times, Verizon, etc.) were those outside the industry I work in. Perfect for your daily commute or dog walk. Keep it up!
