Customer Reviews

These guys are smart and FUNNY. And their uncanny ability to over think just about anything speaks to their amazing vault of completely random knowledge, especially anything related to pop culture. This podcast gives hope to all of us English, History, American Studies, Linguistics, and Communication Studies majors: hope that we too can derive joy from overthinking asinine things while we take orders from our reals jobs as baristas.

Down with Overthinking It

Contrary to what they try to tell you, the extent to which the gents who do the "Overthinking It" podcast analyze pop culture is very much deserved. If you're like me, and you like your movies and TV shows to have layers and layers of cultural and philosophical significance, I highly recommend this affable, entertaining, and UNIQUE podcast.

it's awesome

It's easy to get addicted to because you never know what tangent they're going to go off on but they always come back to the main theme of the podcast and have caused me to just laugh out loud a number of times because of what was just said or the idea that was thrown out. Only Matt W. and his crew could come up with something like this and I'm glad that they did.
