Jodelle - 2 Podcasts, what more could you ask for?

Jodelle, Thank You for making these SUP workouts available on iTunes. I do not have a paddle board (yet) but I really enjoy doing the workouts on dry land as a fun alternative. I really enjoyed the Yoga Nidra Relaxation Meditation (also on your Get Fit with Jodelle podcast), I tried it one day on my lunch break and I found myself rested, relaxed and with needed energy to take on the rest of the day! My advice to anyone and everyone, download this podcast and the Get Fit with Jodelle podcast and you'll be good to go with all your exercise, SUP, yoga and nutritional needs (I'm mean, who wouldn't want your very own personal nutritionist at your fingertips? Jodelle's the Wo-Man!)
