Finding Joy
I just listened to your podcast Finding Joy. Thank you so much! I have been struggling with living my life and wanting to spend time with my son. He is in recovery, doing very good. He lives with me and pays rent. He is 21. But when I decide to go out or stay at my boyfriends I feel awful! I feel I have to get up and be home before he wakes up. The question in your podcast....What can I do that once gave me joy? Actually scared me. I struggle with that. I have raised 3 sons and they are my world. I have fun. I go out. But believe I am not living life to the fullest. I am going to journal today and do what you mentioned in your podcast. I will keep you plaster!!!
