Great Podcast

I just listened to 38 episodes all this week, so far I love it. I love Jason's no bs approach and Sarah playing good cop. My only complaint and it's not really a complaint is that I wish they would interview real everyday people on the podcast. I would love to hear their testimonials every week. I also think it would help keep them motivated to living this healthy lifestyle.

A wealth of information

Love this dynamic duo! So much great info on the paleo lifestyle. Love when they debunk the myths.

Good podcast- too many rants

I listen to this podcast regularly and look forward to it's release each tuesday. I've bought both of their books, joined eplifefit and I'm a big fan. Having said that, I feel really frustrated lately at how little focus is on questions. Jason's rants are important points- I do get that- but they are so long, frequent, and repetitive. I listen, I hear you, I appreciate the info, but let's just move forward in a more positive direction and stick to the questions. I listen to be inspired and educated. Complaining and ranting are not fun to listen to. Please bring back what made this a great podcast before! Thank you for sharing your lives and wisdom with us listeners.
