A little preachy, but good

I really enjoyed Sarah's other podcast and love listening to her here too. I get lots of great information that I feel I can easily implement into my life. Jason does tend to get a little preachy in my opinion which does often make me second guess whether I want to listen or not.

Misleading and unscientific

Too much broscience in this podcast and far too many biases. Stick to Robb Wolf's "The Paleo solution" podcast or Chris Kresser's "Revolution Health Radio" for a more objective treatment of the subject.

Listen if you condescension and vague answers

I listen to fitness podcasts during my commute. I listened to 10 or so episodes before I couldn't stand it anymore. I was looking for something new and thought I'd try to understand the paleo movement. I had cut out bread/pasta. etc as per a nutritionist's recommendation. There are a lot of conflicting advisements on the internet and a "lifestyle" approach sounded more promising.

I was disappointed by this show. Sarah is "ok" and offers some insight but Jason is awful. He constantly talks about diet being "dialed" but doesn't offer any idea of what that actually means. Often he talks and talks and talks without ever answering a question. Plus, he can be downright nasty when he responds to questions from people during the show.

I don't have any health problems or sensitivities. I took personal offense to his comment about people trying to lose weight. I am trying to lose baby weight and apparently that means I'm not "ready for paleo" like it's this castle in the sky that only the perfect can get to.
