He consistently seeks to understand the text's historical context in the original language then working verse by verse conveys this to the congregation while avoiding common pitfalls such as allegory, emotional manipulation, etc. Each sermon is delivered without fluff or filler giving the listener both Law and Gospel as dictated by the text. Bible classes are very informative as well; along with his printed commentaries he takes as much or as little time needed to explain texts, topics or questions.

In a world of celebrity pastors who preach about themselves. Pastor Bauer preaches Jesus in a way that brings comfort for all who hear it. Highly recommend

I highly suggest these podcasts for whoever reads this. They teach the TRUE gospel, along with examples, emotion, and authority. I'm the only one who has written a review so far, and I hope that because it is the first review written, you will read it. You may think that other podcast are more professional and all, but professional or not, these are the best podcasts I've seen so dar that teaches the true word. Also, it's amazing, but FREE!
