I recently let go / was let go from a stable but unsatisfying job. Because of Ms. Ellman's influence I set an intention that the first month of unemployment would be a sabbatical, and I took a week long pilgrimage trip. I went to nearby destinations I could easily afford. Both the sabbatical and the pilgrimage were powerful, nourishing, and inspiring. Thank you so much for the suggestions!!
Lacy is an excellent interviewer! She asks terrific questions which make for great shows! Highly recommend!
A Great Introduction into Pilgrimage, Remembrance, and Liturgy
I first heard Lacy on the Sacred Ordinary Days podcast with Jenn Giles Kemper, and subscribed as soon as Lacy had her own podcast. Lacy has introduced me to the language of pilgrimage and different spiritual practices that I've incorporated into my everyday life. I'm so thankful for her wisdom and her openness to share her life and journey. Her love for the Lord is evident, and it has really encouraged me. Grab a hot drink, sit down, and enjoy the journey through this podcast!
