Nice coverage

Coverage of the magazine was good, and coverage of Star Raiders was even better. Look forward to more.

The Whispering Boob (Old School Computing and Modern Day UnFun"

I love to listen to retro computing podcast but this one is utterly unlistenable. Unless of course you like listening to a host whispering his disgust with late 70s/early 80's computer magazines because they are "sexist". Dude, those magazines are 30 years old! The host actually considered never reading them again - really?

Anyway, if you like your retro computing/gaming mixed with modern day political correctness, and don't mind listening to a low talker, then this one's for you!

An Atari retrospective.

This podcast offers a unique trip down memory lane for the Atari 8-bit computers. It reviews the Atari coverage in magazines of late ‘70s and early ‘80s, and the games published for the system. The magazines of that period were special in a way that would never fly today, with type-in games and apps along with absurdly detailed technical descriptions of how they worked. This podcast brings those old magazines and games alive once again.
