Welcome to The Podcast with Suzanne and Amy, brought to you by home | school | life magazine, the smart magazine for secular homeschoolers. In this biweekly conversation, we’ll be talking about the places where home, school, and life intersect, from fielding questions about how you’ll ever teach calculus to pondering how to use all those years of learning together as a springboard for life after homeschool. Plus: Lots and lots of books.

Smart, secular homeschoolers with a lovely literary bent
I recently jumped into homeschooling with a 16yo. Planning to do this was intimidating, especially when most resources I found were religiously based. This podcast feels like hanging around the kitchen table with my “tribe” of secular homeschoolers.
We have been fans of the Home|School|Life magazine for a couple of years now and recently discovered the podcast! Well, I recently discovered podcasts in general...I know, I know, late to the game!
I’m sure my reasons behind loving this podcast are similar to others in that it is seemingly difficult to find secular homeschoolers, let alone secular homeschool materials/community! Listening to Suzanne and Amy has fed my soul the last couple of months and made me feel so much less alone in this world of secular homeschooling, especially the episode about how difficult it has been getting back to normal after the most recent election!
Thank you both for all words of wisdom, I do hope there will be more podcasts!
Love these ladies!
These two have such great exchanges. They crack me up and really brighten my day. Just found this podcast have already started binging to catch up.
