Excellent podcast rooted in scripture

Fantastic podcast! I am a female youth pastor and this podcast has been a great source of encouragement as well as a resource for digging deeper into the biblical text from an egalitarian perspective. I love that Nick and Allison’s desire is to stay faithful to what God’s Word actually says and then talk through what that should mean for us today. Looking forward to listening to more episodes!

Great Work

This certainly isn’t theology for beginners but, like hot milk on steel cut oats, the hosts are able to turn some pretty dry and hard topics into a digestible and hearty meal for the soul. I really enjoy the close reading of the texts. It’s a solid bulwark against the overwhelming tide of biblicist complementarian takes on these passages.

World changing

Y’all have shifted my world. Went from a typical comp to egalitarian. What unexpected liberation. It makes so much more sense with the whole of scripture! Keep tackling those hard passages!
