Looking forward to the following weeks!

First off, thank you for taking the time and effort to produce these. I've just listened to the Level 1 - Week 1 Podrunner: Intervals podcast and am looking forward to the upcoming ones For those that would like to know: - The first 2 minutes are an introduction - Next 5 minutes are a warm up - Intervals of 60 seconds fast(er)/90 seconds slow(er) for the next 20 minutes - The last interval is 3 minutes so I guess that's a cool down? The only suggestion I would make is that there's some sort of different sound notification to let you know that you're on the last/cool down interval.

The Perfect Training Tool

Podrunner Intervals is the perfect training tool with upbeat mixes of higher BPM mixed with lower BPM paired with audio cues when the BPM changes. It's a jog/run a little, take a break and walk a little type of thing. I LOVE IT!! It's the perfect modivation for building indurance! Try it for yourself and see what I mean!

Simply the best

My first week with this workout and I just love it. The beats are great, and time just go so fast, at the end of the 30 minutes I just want more... Thx. DJ Steve! :).
