||CleanPodtacular 525: Slice of DLC||This podcast is definitely late thanks to real life getting in the way. For this show, we talk about the latest content update and our experience with the new maps, or lack thereof for some of us. We have the pleasure of having Kenny from Ultimate Halo on this episode. Be warned, we have strongly opinionated conversations with our views on the REQ system and 343’s handling of content updates for Halo 5.||2/6/2016||Free||View In iTunes|
||CleanPodtacular 524: New Armaments||Infinity’s Armory is just around the corner and in anticipation of the release, 343 has revealed all the REQs and maps coming with the update next week. We have a few opinions on the new weapon skins coming and discuss content the community would like to see in future updates. We’re trying a new recording format for the show that hopefully produces better audio. Unfortunately, one recording track didn’t record everything so apologies for the quality of audio this week and for it being late.||1/29/2016||Free||View In iTunes|
||CleanPodtacular 523: Round Objects||The Community Cartographers are an integral part of the Halo community and with the recent introduction of Forge to Halo 5: Guardians, they are in full swing providing feedback to 343 Industries, creating new maps, promoting community content and teaching us non-Forgers how to do cool things. We are honored to have Ducain23 (Forge Channel), NOKYARD (GrifballHub/HaloGAF), The Psycho Duck (Halo Customs/ForgeHub), WARH0LIC (ForgeHub), and The Fated Fire on this week’s show discussing their impressions on Halo 5’s Forge since their visit to 343 Industries. The new features are a gift to many forgers and has received a lot of praise, but there are still some things missing they would like to see get added.||1/17/2016||Free||View In iTunes|
||CleanPodtacular 522: Return from Holidays||2016 brings in a new year of Halo 5 content and community goodness. While we wait to hear more from 343 at their new studio, not much has happened in the news front. Lots of Forgers have taken to Halo 5 and we’ve seen some spectacular results from tutorial videos with scripting, awesome new maps and other things that will completely blow your mind. Not explicitly Halo, but relevant to the competitive scene, MLG was purchased by Activision/Blizzard likely securing the fate of Halo eSports on that platform. Evacuation is this episode’s campaign focus and we’ll visit another multiplayer map on our next episode. Happy New Year everyone!||1/9/2016||Free||View In iTunes|
||CleanPodtacular 521: Cartographer’s Bundle||This is our final podcast for the year and while we were planning on taking a look back at everything we accomplished this year, we decided to discuss a new controversial feature that got added just before we recorded this show. In addition to discussing the recent Cartographer’s Gift update, we brought up some of the concerns behind the new requisition bundles in the REQ store. We’ll hope to see you all in the new year and online.||12/31/2015||Free||View In iTunes|
||CleanPodtacular 520: Train REQd||Cartographer’s Gift is just around the corner bringing our first two DLC maps, Social, Forge, Requisitions and File Share to Halo 5: Guardians. After a break from Thanksgiving and short show after last week’s Game Awards, we’re back to our normal format covering news, the next campaign mission, multiplayer map and discussion topics. This week we talked about available content at Halo 5’s Launch and 343’s focus on the REQ system to the Halo eco-system. Our guest this week is Lurker Zero who’s best known for his banter on different discussion topics on Halo over on his YouTube channel.||12/12/2015||Free||View In iTunes|
||CleanPodtacular 519: Searching for Social||The December content update, appropriately named, the Cartographer’s Gift comes with a lot of community requested features including Social playlists, Forge, gameplay/menu fixes and more. During the Game Awards, 343 showed off their latest trailer for the update followed up by a Waypoint blog post providing more details on the update. Cartographer’s Gift also comes with a new Warzone and Arena map, two new forged maps and 51 new requisitions including the SPNKr rocket launcher and Mark IV armor set. We just covered the update details this week because of the late recording, but we’ll be back to our regular format on the next show.||12/7/2015||Free||View In iTunes|
||CleanPodtacular 518: Hey, Can You Help?||It’s another fine week for Halo 5: Guardians with more news around the Halo World Championship, the release of the Battle of Shadow and Light update, Big Team Battle and more. This week we discuss the third mission, Glassed, multiplayer for CTF and Coliseum and our latest Twitter poll about your favorite Forerunner Monitor.||11/23/2015||Free||View In iTunes|
||CleanPodtacular 517: Darth Dust Storm||We’re jumping into another week of Halo 5 news, campaign and multiplayer coverage. November’s content update was announced this week featuring new REQs and BTB. We discuss the second campaign mission Blue Team and on the multiplayer front Strongholds and Eden. Apologies for the voice this episode as I’ve been sick for the last week.||11/17/2015||Free||View In iTunes|
||CleanPodtacular 516: Let the Game Begin||New game means new format; well, more of a refined format. For the next few shows, we’ll be covering news, campaign missions, multiplayer maps, game modes, user submissions and a topic of interest. This is a more condensed version of how Podtacular used to run its shows and we hope this format keeps things moving and is more entertaining to listen to. This week we talk about the latest Halo news, Osiris mission, March on Stormbreak, Warzone and recap the midnight launch events we attended. We have a short interview with Tim Longo who was at the New York City event.||11/9/2015||Free||View In iTunes|
