Good good good
Solid story analysis from an expert!
Alastair is a fantastic story analyst and I love his take on these classic films. His Journeyman Writer podcast has helped me make it through the first draft of my novel! The only negative to this podcast is that he's sometimes derailed by reading the comments of people commenting live during his YouTube seminars. I wish some of the dead air or "yes, yes, yes" or "good, good, good," could be edited out. But if you can ignore that, the content itself is great.
The one-shot series is a newer podcast from Alastair, although while under the old company, StoryWonk, there were one-shots for patreon subscribers. I like the new podcast as it provides something to break up the regular seminars and brings his great analysis to other material.
