A place to breathe and step back

In a world full of "hot takes" and emotionally charged conversations, Diane gives her listeners space to step back, breathe and carefully consider events through a different lens.

Calming voice in an age of

Back in the good old days, politics seemed so much simpler… Yes, we still had the Democrat, Republican, and Independent parties, but also an underlying sense that we were all Americans and on the same team. This sense left little oxygen for any major political fires to break out or serious division to take hold.

Today, we’re obviously in a different environment. Today, anyone with an Internet connection can put up their digital dukes and taunt, mudsling, and all-out fight with others over their political views, causing more problems than their actions are (hopefully) intending to solve.

As much as one can point the finger at technology, the Internet, and social media for laying the foundation for – or perhaps even causing – the chaotic political environment we have, it is ultimately going to be those very same tools that we’ll need to help fix it.

There’s one voice in the sea of digital back-and-forth that is trying to calm the tumult… Diane Altomare’s.

Combining her skills as a Professional Spiritual Coach and Broadcaster, Diane discusses up-to-the-minute happenings in politics, and by the end of each show tries to reframe things in a fresh light - one that enables us to see things differently, manage our reactions and emotions, and even use what’s going on to make us better people.

Knowing that we all represent a stitch in the fabric that makes up our colorful political landscape, Diane has no agenda and is accepting of everyone’s views. She encourages anyone and everyone to call in and make their voice heard!

So if you find yourself being emotionally affected by what’s happening in politics today and feel that an adjustment in your perspective might be in order, or just want to listen to or engage in some great conversations, tune in to her weekly show! I highly recommend it :-)

From Angst to Truth

Diane Altomare has her finger on the pulse. She's not afraid to talk about the political issues that are tearing our country apart. We need to talk and Diane gives us that platform. Highlighting guests and thoughtful leaders in their respective fields, her big heart shines through in every show. Diane speaks the truth that we must tend to our wounded hearts, heal our angst and bridge the gap that divides us. It feels as though we just get going and the show is over!
