Amazingly Helpful

Super entertaining and interesting. Lots of great information and resources.

The podcast you never knew you were missing!

You’d expect a podcast with a topic as heavy as mental health to be hard to listen to, but Mike and Ryan somehow manage to take the subject of mental health seriously while keeping the show light and fun. As a health care professional the topic of mental health is intriguing, and when you pair it with movies I’m sold! It’s interesting to hear two different perspectives of mental health disorders from a licensed therapist (Ryan) and someone who suffers from a few mental health disorders (Executive producer Mike). This is my new favorite podcast and gets played first when a new episode releases.

Great show

Honestly this is a great show. Looking at psych issues in modern pop culture it’s interesting and at times (particularly the bipolar episode) it’s raw and real. Keep it up guys.
