We know clinicians are tired. They spend hours and hours each week entering data into EHRs, checking protocol, and hopefully, treating patients. This is about an hour every week where they can come to talk about the things they love, the things that burn them out, and the reason they got into this in the first place. The next time you're post-call, or even if you just feel like it, spend it with us.

Good idea, poor execution
This would probably be a good podcast if it were produced by a medical or surgical resident. As it is, if feels like having a conversation about life in residency with someone who does not understand it.
