Informative, inspiring and thought provoking. Looking forward to hearing more.
As a yoga and meditation teacher, this made me want to go right out and help my students. Looking forward to hearing more!
For over a year, I had the opportunity to attend Chris Brown’s yoga classes. Not only were people eager to come and seek a nice workout, but many particularly enjoyed listening to Chris share his thoughts and observations before, during and after the class, in a soothing and thought provoking manner. It was part yoga and part complimentary therapy! I had been asking Chris to keep me updated on his podcast venture and was thrilled to begin tuning in! Not only does Chris provide his perspective, but he interviews guests who are extremely knowledgeable and successful in their fields, providing a host of insight and interesting comments based on both their personal opinions and life experiences. Whether you’re a yogi, a novice or just someone in need of something new to tune into, I highly recommend listening to Practically Conscious- it will not disappoint!
PS this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review for not only a podcast, but for anything on itunes, so hopefully that means something?!
