These are curated discussions for therapists and anyone interested in deep restorative transformation. Host, Rebecca Wong, relationship therapist, consultant and founder of Connectfulness®, believes that when you truly see yourself you create a ripple effect that allows you to be the change you wish to see in the world -- and that invites everyone around you to do the same. But here’s a little warning: the practice of being seen might lead to deeper intimacy, less fear and more creative, bold action. Are you ready to deepen your practice and be seen?

Connection Makes the World go Round

Connection is what we are created for. We function best when connected to one another. But connection involves the courage of allowing yourself to be seen. Marisa and Rebecca are amazing at helping people nurture that courage. If want to be more courageous in your life. If you want to step out and be seen deeply and honestly, This is a great place to start.

A Show With Potential

This is an awesome show with a very unique focus. These ladies are easy to listen to, they bring in some interesting experts, and discuss issues that apply to everyone. Coming from the perspective of a fellow podcast host, if you are even slightly interested in how relationships shape us and our stories, this is worth your listen. I look forward to many more.

A wonderful, informative podcast that has inspired me to examine my own personal stories and dialogues - I even sat down and journaled in my own notebook after hearing episode 2! Both voices are calming and therapeutic to listen to and play well off of each other - a perfect podcast for introspection and self-discovery into the meaning of connection and the stories we tell ourselves and others.
