Over a year ago, Zak and Shira began discussing whether they should have kids. They conferred with friends, family, writers, scientists, and philosophers along the way. Pregnant Pause is their intimate account of making the most important decision of their lives (so far).

Intimate, comical, thought-provoking
It's so personal and engaging, touching on subjects familiar and foreign, and always with a great soundtrack!!
Everyone will identify
Whether you want kids or don't, or you already have them or are just someone else's kid, there's something in this podcast for you. It's heartwarming and thought-provoking, and it doesn't take itself too seriously. Can't wait for the next episode and to see how it all turns out for Zak and Shira.
Tackling my life's dilemma
Super stoked to hear more! I'm familiar with Zak Rosen's radio features on NPR Detroit and I love his perspective. I'll be looking forward to the rest of the season to unfold, especially because I can relate to this most existential dilemma.
