PreK drop-off woes for Moms & Dads

Great podcast that detailed what I go through every morning with my PreK son. Drop-offs can be so hard - I’m feeling guilty for leaving my son all day at “school” and running off to work. But this podcast helped me look at it from my son’s perspective and the teacher’s perspective. Yes it’s hard for me, but if I linger too long it can send the wrong message to my son that I’m not actually leaving and I might be staying to play. As a new parent it’s so hard to manage the personal feelings of guilt and what’s best for the child. Thanks to Mike and his teachers for helping me see the other side of it. Communicate clearly to my son, keep a consistent routine, say goodbye and let everyone start their day. Looking forward to more podcasts!

Preschool Teacher

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this podcast. I am a preschool teacher and the advice in the first two episodes was spot on. Can't wait to listen to future episodes!
