I like both, How about an update?
A good resource for beginners and intermediate fitness walkers
A peppy, pleasant coach guides you through intervals to energize your outdoor walk. Can be used for indoor walking (ala WATP), too. I, too, wish there was a 30 minute or, even better, 45 minute walk. And some variety would jazz up this program. Nevertheless, for a free podcast, this is a good choice for anyone who wants to walk their way to better fitness.
