Every Monday and Thursday morning, Jerod Morris delivers a primer on how to use Primility to manage your emotions and make your next decision a better one. By practicing keeping your pride and humility in balance (often through intentional empathy and gratitude) we empower ourselves to manage our emotions and make better decisions that drive more meaningful actions. This leads to more fulfilling lives for ourselves and those we impact.

I discuss in this episode of Primility Primer.||10/28/2015||Free||View in iTunes|

Forces me to face myself
Great show that forces us to deal with ourselves for the purpose of becoming better.
But that's the whole objective of Primility - so our pride has to be checked so we can move forward and do the things we desire.
I love how Jerod gently pushes us in the direction to being better, by helping us face those daily struggles we rarely discuss.
His honesty with his own Primility struggles gives us permission to share and evaluate our own daily battles.
Love the show, and super impressed that it's done so early every morning!
The real secret to success and sanity in life.
If you haven't come across the Primilty concept yet, you will be best served to take note. It will be challenging to implement consistently, at first, but far worth the effort and practice.
Jerod knows this well and it's why he keeps pushing himself into different arenas to spread this message. It's as much of an accountability measure as it is a teaching method.
I'll take that kind of passion/dedication/transparency from a real person over a supposed "success guru" any day of the week.
A great way to wake up in the morning
Fantastic podcast! Every day Jerod Morris provides a short reminder of how to be our best selves! Inspiring ideas of how to live by balancing pride and humility.
