A show about two men struggling to reach their goals and attempting to hold each other accountable. One does all the work and the other just shows up. One is famous and the other not so much. One speaks English and the other is still trying to learn the language. Let’s see if they reach their goals or if it’s just theoretical.

Fun show! Can't wait for more.
I like listening in on how regular guys from the Midwest attempt to attain their goals. And Josh cracks me up with his child like energy (even though he is 10 years older than Joe).
Improving with every episode
Full disclosure, I know one of the hosts of the show very well. They are improving each week. They are entertaining while trying to maintain some semblance of accountability for their goals.
Humanized Goal Setting Advice
One of the negative things about the typical advice-giving podcast is that it can appear to be unreachable for the average person. TA does a great job of showing the hosts as REAL people who have real struggles, and deal with real problems that sometimes keep them from reaching their goals. You don't see the fake, social media side of their success, but you get a glimpse of the entire journey, which makes it much more relatable. Following along and seeing the progress that they make is inspiring - keep up the great work guys!
