Refreshing with a great message for all of us
I've been listening to podcasts on my daily commute to school/work for over five years now, and it's a struggle sometimes to find new podcasts with quality content. In this day and age, it seems like a new podcast comes out everyday about becoming an entrepreneur or a top venture capitalist while giving out the same information that we've heard a thousand times before. But I have yet to see a single podcast that talks about what it's like to be a professional in our day and age. One that asks "what image do we hold of our self"? and "how do we use that image to set the tone in our professional and daily life"? So when I finally found a podcast that will deliver non-generic content and give a different approach to self improvement, it was refreshing to say the least. With a solid first interview, I can only see things going up. Looking forward to some great content here.
Very Inspiration and Motivating
As a college student, all we think of is get the homework done, study for that exam, and we put ourselves on the back burner to reach so many short term goals. Susanna Kalnes and Chris Molina are very inspirational got reaching beyond what we think of a professional and all the different “factors” that go into a professional. Great Episode!
Such a great perspective
Chris Molina certainly pinpoints a gap and that is that being a "professional" doesn't have to mean a suit and tie. I loved hearing how a professional career doesn't necessarily have to be behind a desk but it can be a perfect blend of a desk and a passion like what we hear about in the first episode (or no desk at all). Thanks so much for such a great insight!
