Cutting edge information in an easy to understand way!
Very informative podcast for everyone and anyone who wants to understand their body better and interested in feeling their best. Dr. Maki and Dr. Davidson bring up latest reseach and explain body physiology in an eazy to understand manner - you will not hear this information from your regular doctor! Variety of topics covered in the podcast seems to relate to most of us. I have learned a lot from Dr. Maki and very thankful for that. I highly recommend the podcast.
Five Stars to Valerie
When I met Valorie I was always tired and suffered from headaches. Valerie was able to identify the problem and correct the imbalance right away. This podcast about adrenal imbalance is great information. The quality of my life has been enhanced as a result.
I love Valerie and recommend her all the time. In today's world we have to stay educated and take care of ourselves. This information plays right into that message.
She helped me more than she'll ever know!
I was diagnosed with a hyperthryoid / Hashimotos about 7-8 years ago by a conventional endrocronologist - he wished me luck - told me I'd probably get fat, tired and good luck having any more children (I only had one at that time but was hoping for more). He told me that my thyroid wasn't so bad that I needed to be medicated but to get in touch with him when I got worse. I'm not one to manage my health like that and a dear friend I was referred Dr. Davidson. I have worked with her since then. I am so grateful to Dr. Davidson and her approach. We keep a close eye on my thyroid as well as my whole body. She looks beyond the blood test numbers and truely cares how I actually "feel". She has saved my life more than she'll ever know! And I also had twins! Thank you!
