Devotion While You Drive
What a great way to stay in the word on my commute to work! Thanks for this wonderful resource of bringing practical application from biblical context. Highly recommend to anyone seeking encouragement and wisdom in your spiritual walk.
Spirit-filled Solid Bible Teaching
John launched his podcast with the Sermon in the Mount - usually a legalist’s playground, so I was nervous. But instead of, “See? You’ll never measure up no matter how hard you try,” it’s “Here is God’s vision for how things should be.” John doesn’t focus on “how to stop sinning,” but “how to cultivate righteousness.” It’s night and day. One is sowing to the flesh and results in discouragement and condemnation. The other is sowing to the Spirit resulting in His life in us.
Perfect bite-sized wisdom
This podcast contains high quality Bible teaching in short bite-sized chunks. I listen to these on my 15-20 commute all the time. John takes a short chunk of Scripture, breaks it down, and makes it applicable to how you are living your life today. It’s great!
