Customer Reviews

Honest and Enlightening.

The host and his guests have great chemistry and share some deeply personal stories with the intention of helping the audience to understand what it's like to be a therapist, various methods of performing therapy or even difficult physical and emotional journeys that they have undertaken.

On the technical side the podcast has great sound quality and is well-edited.

Thoughtful Podcast on Mental Health

Dr Martin Hsia bring a fresh perspective from a viewpoint of a culture that has historically ignored mental health. He is thoughtful and articulate, with the goal of open dialogue and helping bring more mindfulness to the world. I'm so glad this podcast is here.

Interesting and informative

This has been a great listen. Dr. Hsia and his guests tackle weighty issues in a very accessible, but still respectful manner.
