A fun, relevant podcast for self improvement and awareness

This podcast focuses on topics relevant to things I think about on a daily basis (e.g., being a better parent, overcoming adversity, creating meaningful relationships with those important to me). I see a new episode title and often think, "Yes! I want to know more about that". The hosts are really down to earth and distill the research in a way that is accessible, enjoyable, insightful with practical tips for incorporating practices to improve our daily lives. They are knowledgeable professionals and seem like good people you would want to chat about this stuff with over a glass of wine. I always feel a little happier after listening to their podcast.
