Good discussion. two laid back guys who talk intelligently about scripture.

Challenging and fun

I am enjoying this podcast as an exploration of the weekly lectionary readings. Fistler and McCoy often look at the scriptures in a way that I do not and I find it refreshing as I prepare for the week. I highly reccomend this podcast to anyone that likes to be challenged by the scriptures!

What I like about this podcast is ultimately about the delivery of thought provoking content. The personable nature of the hosts almost has you believing you are at a table with them, coffee served, Bibles open, serious discussion peppered with humor and conviction. If I weren't preaching along with the lectionary I would still listen. I'm still prudish about the closing song, even though I never fail it listen to it and laugh. Thanks!
