Excellent Qigong Podcast!
What an excellent Qigong podcast. Dan and his quests go into great depth into the practice of Qigong. They mainly focus on BKF tradition of Qigong but what they usually discuss is universal. A lot of gems of wisdom in these podcast... Keep up the good work!
Great insights into Qigong
There are many challenges when learning these practices, including 1) it's hard to find people who truly understand them and 2) those who do understand them are not always willing and/or able to communicate that understanding to others. Dan and his guests are some of the best people I've found that address both of these challenges. These people know their stuff and they know how to help you improve your internal practices whatever they are. Great work Dan!
