LIly (Host of Master Leadership Podcast)
The Randall Black Show does a fantastic job highlighting educational success and news from West Virginia and other surrounding states. Randall asks thoughtful questions and gives his guests the opportunity to provide answers followed by insightful follow ups as well. Randall also throws in examples from his own experiences as and educator that help to illustrate a lot of the great things taking place today in education and West Virginia.
I was extremely surprised at the professionalism and detail that Randy employs in his podcast. The questions that he asks are well planned out and keep the discussion flowing so as to not lose the listener. I have found The Randall Black Show to be extremely beneficial and has helped to empower me more as an educator by hearing Randy take control of his voice in education. Great work Randy! Keep it up!
