Description

Rapture Drill is a podcast dedicated to reframing Revelation, the End Times, and our weird obsession with the apocalypse. This show is curated by Kurt Willems and available online at TheologyCurator.com/RaptureDrill. It is part of the Theology Curator resource network. If you're ready to leave behind Left Behind: we get it. If you’ve been traumatized by doom-and-gloom preaching: let us bring you a good old-fashioned dose of hope. Together, we’ll explore the New Testament passages about the so-called “End,” in intelligent and humanizing ways.

Customer Reviews

Please Read

This Podcast, like the Paulcast, is great. I do not necessarily see eye-to-eye with Kurt BUT as most others, I appreciate the challenge of new perspectives. However, Kurt talks too much. It seems like it takes forever to get to the content and sometimes I’ve zoned out and have to rewind by the time he gets there. Less talky, more teachy!

Rescuing Revelation

This is an accurate portrayal of Christian eschatology! Tell your friends! Tell your sister! Tell a stranger!

Interesting and valuable

This is a helpful and intellectually honest approach to a healthy and robust understanding of eschatology, which is arguably the most convoluted and difficult categories of theology to understand. I appreciate the time and effort that goes into this podcast.
