Community of Strength

I am a huge fan of the RKC and SFG kettlebell community and these podcasts really give you an inside to thought and philosophy of some of the most decorated strength and condition coaches in the industry. The best thing about this podcast is how accessible the information and feedback is from the host Scott Irdella.

One of the Few Fitness Training Podcasts worth subscribing to.

Scott has built and improved this show to an amazing level. What I really enjoy is the selection of guests hes has on the show. He includes people from each specialty within the industry, and really does a good job of showing how we are all related in some way which really bridges the gap between the information. Each episode is a good length which gives me the opportunity to listen to them in full or as time permits when I have say a few minutes between clients. Lastly, and I think most important is the style of his interviews. He does a good job of asking the questions and just letting the guest answer however they please. Scott does every now and again throw in some comentary of his own, but it is never off topic and only adds to the casual conversation style of interview that he has with the guests which keeps the episodes entertaining and informative. Some people talk casually too much on other podcasts and it takes away from the information being discussed. Scott let's the guests shine, and I really appreciate that as a listener. Thank you & Keep it Up Scott!

Kettlebells, Nutrition, and Much More! Great info.

I stumbled onto this podcast recently and thought the content was excellent. The interview with Tracy Reifkind is awesome and very inspiring. Lots to learn and get excited about from her story. I also really enjoyed the interview with Geoff Neupert. Thought he had a lot of great information to share in regards to kettlebells and fat loss. This is a really good podcast and I'm looking forward to hearing more from Scott and the other fitness professionals he interviews. Check this one out, it's definitely worth your time and I appreciate Scott's passion and knowledge for the topics he presents.
