Good Listening

As a fan of triathlon, and a young swimming coach, I find value in the concepts discussed in this podcast. I am working my way backwards, starting with the swimming podcast. I enjoyed listening to the swimming podcast, getting the triathlon coaches' perspectives. It's great that Joel and Paulo do not try to agree with each other on everything, which keeps the discussion challenging and productive. The way the creators approach the material and get straight to the point is very nice. I look forward to the new topics being discussed in the future. Thanks for making your coaching knowledge available, even for free!

Great podcast

Just started listening to this podcast and quickly becoming one of my favorites. Highly recommended for all athletes and coaches alike.

Great insight even of you are not a coach.

I heard about this show on TRS Triathlon, he was interviewing both Joel and Paulo. I immediately became a fan. I am not a coach, and I am far from being an "athlete"; I'm just an ex-obese guy trying to stay in shape. I am however very interested in doing things the right way, and this requires doing a lot of research and listing to a lot of different opinions. Joel and Paulo offer great insight into what they do, and I really like the fact that they don't necessarily agree on everything.

I love what you guys are doing and I really appreciate the fact that you take the time to shar eyour knowledge with us.
