There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to health, and this podcast will teach you how to listen to your body so you can be best supporting it nutritionally, mentally and emotionally.

Chris really knows his way around health. He is interesting and informative.

Great Perspective

It's really nice finding someone who talks about HEALTH. Not just weight, not just eating healthy or getting exercise, but actually being healthy and that includes mental health and a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

Definitely has some different views than most are used to but they're supported by good research. I'm really looking forward to hearing more.

Refreshing

Excellent podcast. Chris is very knowledgeable and passionate about health. His advice is refreshing and accurate. He comes out head and shoulders above these so called "experts" who spew advice which may actually damage your health *cough* paleo *cough*

Following his advice has personally improved my health. Podcasts are both actionable and fun to listen to. 10/10 would recommend.
