Real Talk

I love listening to Dana, great info and tips!
I love that she is an educated nutritionist, AND that she keeps it REAL.. and let’s face it.. who doesn’t want to throw an F bomb in every now and then.?.. Seriously nutrition can be rather bland.. She keeps it interesting and entertaining ! And I love that she is REAL.. keep it up Dana!

Good balance

You can tell she is well educated on the topic and she's fun to listen to. Feels like you're hanging out with a friend. I like that she's invested in health, but NOT in obsession!
