Good information, format needs work
I love Dana’s blog and advice, but I can’t listen to this podcast. Every other sentence contains the phrase “quote unquote” and she drops f-bombs and other coarse language all over the place. I’d love to listen to a nutrition podcast with my kids, but this one isn’t it. I probably sound like a geezer, but the language is unprofessional and childish.
Dana gives great information but this is a different format for her. She, in the first podcast, explains that she is going to use language and warns for it so if you don’t want to have language around little ears, don’t listen. It also has an explicit symbol so use judgment. Otherwise, it’s great. I already enjoy her content, she has great Whole 30 advice and am enjoying the podcast!

I love that she is an educated nutritionist, AND that she keeps it REAL.. and let’s face it.. who doesn’t want to throw an F bomb in every now and then.?.. Seriously nutrition can be rather bland.. She keeps it interesting and entertaining ! And I love that she is REAL.. keep it up Dana!
