Scott, former NFL and University of Utah quarterback, was once a contestant on The Biggest Loser. He lost 126 pounds, but it all came back and now he is determined to find a way to keep it off while still living his busy life. Melanie, a registered dietician and personal trainer for 20+ years (and busy mother of four!) is here to help Scott (and all of you) find health solutions that work. Anyone can participate. For free. I am Melanie’s sister in law but I love the dynamic of this duo and I can’t wait to add this to my weekly listening:)
There is so much information about losing weight that it’s overwhelming. I love how Melanie makes sense and gives tips that we can implement in our busy lives. The challenges are doable. I would recommend this podcast to everyone trying to get healthy!!
