Scott, former NFL and University of Utah quarterback, was once a contestant on The Biggest Loser. He lost 126 pounds, but it all came back and now he is determined to find a way to keep it off while still living his busy life. Motivation I needed.

I am in a similar situation as Scott. I just turned 40 overweight and have high BP. I know the things I need to do, but this Podcast is helping me with the motivation to do those things to lose the weight I need too, as well as keep it off. Keep it up!

Great Info, Realistic, and Entertaining!

I really love the idea of this podcast. It is very down to earth, with great information and tips and tricks for becoming healthy even if you can't completely turn your life upside down and inside out to do it! Melanie and Scott are fun and entertaining too!
