I love these relaxation audios. I used to have problems getting enough rest, but these really do help! I was amazed at how well it worked. Some of the best audios I've ever listened to as far as relaxation goes. :)

Written to help in a variety of situations. I especially like the speaker's style; she doesn't go extra-smooth in a fake way as so many do but uses her natural, naturally soothing speaking voice.

Could it get any better?? This is the best relaxation podcast that I have ever found, and I have tested out many others. I use this every night. I also love that there is a solution there for every possible emotional issue! Tests, speaking in front of people, everything!! Keep up the great work!
