Feed your brain some cookies

Anything with a title that includes cookies has to be great. And it is. Hilarious and thoughtful without ever stooping to rely on cynicism, Kathryn and Kate have a charming chemistry. They keep things interesting with a wide variety of guests and topics that are tackled with their unique blend of infectious curiosity and intellect.

Love This Podcast

Yay season 3!! I always learn something new from these awesome women. The podcast with Marianne Williamson was especially inspiring and gave me some really great things to think about. Can’t wait for the rest of the episodes!

Better than Lattes

The title is where I first met KB, on my mat via yogaglo (now glo) and that is the day my life started to transform. This podcast only enhances the charm and charisma that KB brings to yoga because we get to know her other WONDERFUL half, Kate, and the person that helps complete KB. Coming from a wacky family in a Austin, Texas, this podcast is incredibly relatable and opens your soul to so much more than you ever thought possible. Fun, funky and so much love!
