Customer Reviews

Nice to hear about injuries I have no idea existed!

Awesome Topics

I really love listening to these and learning a little bit more about all of the topics that they touch upon. I love that the topics are always being mixed up and the variety of opinions. I love learning more about sport’s medicine and there is a lot of really valuable information on here.

Preventative and Recovery

I am so glad that I found this Podcast! I am a regularly active person and get injuries due to pushing my limits. Dr. Sebastian has made the guide for preventative and recovering injuries. I would recommend this to any and all.
